Refund & Cancellation Policy

At AM2PM SERVICES, we strive to offer you a hassle-free travel experience. As part of our commitment, we provide complimentary travel assistance (insurance) that covers various aspects of your trip, including trip cancellation fees.

With the confidence of our travel assistance, you can confirm your tour with us knowing that you have the support you need. However, in the event that you need to cancel your tour, please note the following cancellation fees applicable:

Cancellation Policy :

  • Before 30 days or more, penalty will be 10%.
  • Before 20 days, penalty will be 25%.
  • Before 15 days, penalty will be 35%.
  • Before 10 days, penalty will be 45%.
  • Before 7 days, penalty will be 100%.

NOTE : Payment policy and Cancellation policy can be changed in terms of peak season, non refundable hotels and 5 Star hotels.

Please be aware that if your travel date falls during the peak season from October to March, the cancellation and refund procedure will depend entirely on the hotel policy. If hotels retain the payment made by us at the time of cancellation, we will not be able to refund any money to you.

Additionally, it's important to note that AM2PM SERVICES staff members do not have the authority to waive off cancellation fees. No refund can be made for any unused services, such as meals, wildlife safaris, cultural shows, etc., as these services are provided by independent suppliers who operate according to their own terms and conditions.
