Job Description

AM2PM SERVICES is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SailPoint Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in SailPoint implementation, customization, and administration, with 3 to 10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to meet the company's identity and access management needs.
• Perform integration of SailPoint with various systems, applications, and platforms.
• Customize and configure SailPoint workflows, rules, and provisioning policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SailPoint IdentityIQ components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring the alignment of identity and access management solutions with business objectives.
• Perform regular maintenance, updates, and upgrades to the SailPoint environment.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, configuration guides, and operation manuals.
• Provide support and training to internal teams on SailPoint functionalities and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in identity and access management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3 to 10 years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ development and implementation.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, and other relevant programming languages.
• Experience with directory services (e.g., LDAP, AD), databases (e.g., SQL), and web services (REST/SOAP).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• SailPoint certifications (e.g., SailPoint IdentityIQ Certified Implementation Engineer).
• Experience with other IAM tools and technologies.
• Knowledge of security protocols and standards (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
